01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 9winbox ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of platform usage, including access to games, account management, financial transactions, and all related services.

By accessing the 9winbox website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. This agreement takes full effect from the moment you begin using the platform.

02 Account Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to the 9winbox platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where these conditions are not met.

• Be at least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Be the individual registering the account on your own behalf — corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• Not be on any list of persons prohibited from using online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a 9winbox employee.

9winbox enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account confirmed to belong to an individual under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.

03 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 9winbox. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances without prior notice.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is part of our registration and ongoing verification procedure. You are required to provide:

• A copy of your valid and current identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months.
• Bank account or e-wallet details to be used for deposits and withdrawals.
• A selfie holding your identity card when requested by our compliance team.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal details should any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in account closure without a refund.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

9winbox supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB. All financial transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing: 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a verified account in the same player's name — third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Any attempt to process a withdrawal via a method different from that used for the deposit will require additional verification.

9winbox reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals for security verification purposes. This includes reviewing suspicious account activity, outstanding KYC requirements, or signs of fraud. This process typically takes no more than 5 business days.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 9winbox are subject to wagering requirements specified individually for each offer. Players must fulfil the wagering requirements before any bonus or bonus-related wins can be converted into withdrawable cash.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount received unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be used within 7 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to the account.
• Some games may not be eligible to contribute towards bonus wagering requirements — check the Promotions page for the list of eligible games.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 9winbox reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent or rule-violating means.

06 Game Rules & Integrity

All games on 9winbox are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game round is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party — including 9winbox itself.

Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before playing. 9winbox is not liable for any losses resulting from a misunderstanding of game rules.

• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that assist in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Wins obtained through bug exploitation will not be paid out and the account in question will be investigated.
• 9winbox reserves the right to void any game transactions that occurred during a technical disruption that affected game outcomes.

07 Account Security & Password

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. 9winbox will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security via your account settings.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

9winbox is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their login credentials. However, we will provide full assistance in any investigation where a confirmed security breach has occurred.

08 Accepted Player Conduct

9winbox expects all players to interact with the platform and other users in a respectful and responsible manner. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in promotions or games.
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive language or behaviour in any of the platform's communication channels.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of 9winbox.
• Sharing or selling your account to a third party.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the 9winbox support team. Before closure, ensure all funds have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance may be subject to additional review processes.

9winbox reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term stated in this document.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

10 9winbox Liability Limits

9winbox provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation at all times, we do not guarantee continuous availability free from technical disruptions.

• 9winbox is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• 9winbox's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• 9winbox is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.

11 Terms & Conditions Amendment

9winbox reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is the player's responsibility to review any updated terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes full acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amendment takes effect. Contact our support team for assistance.
